Molly Scott Cato MEP

mollymep.org.uk

“Molly Scott Cato was Green MEP for the South West of England and Gibraltar, first elected in May 2014 and re-elected with 18% of the vote in 2019. This site provides the news and information about Molly’s work as an MEP and the issues she was particularly involved in.”

The client provided the content, and we designed and developed the site. The work also involved structuring the content for Molly’s areas of work, by theme and by type of activity or publication, and automatically pulling in lists of other categorised posts. We provided training to Molly’s UK office in managing the site.

After Brexit, this was one of the sites we were commissioned to archive until March 2023. Since then, much of the site can still be viewed on the Wayback Machine internet archive.

“This site provides a legacy of the achievements of the UK’s Green MEPs. You can access archive websites of the three longest serving UK Greens – Jean Lambert, Keith Taylor and Molly Scott Cato – and the live websites of six new Green MEPs elected in 2019.”

After Brexit and until March 2023, we were commissioned to archive four large MEP websites, including the previous website of Jean Lambert MEP, and to provide a signpost website to these and the sites of the six elected in 2019, while they still existed. The signpost site includes a customised Google search engine. Post March 2023, much of each site can still be viewed on the Wayback Machine internet archive.
