Manna is “A day centre for homeless people & those in need. Based in London Bridge, running since 1982. We are open 7 days a week, 8.30am to 1.30pm. We operate an open-door policy – anyone can use our services. All our services are free.”
The project was to replace the old website (which we developed many years ago and had got very baggy with use) with a refreshed site on the same domain. The remit was a clean modern site, with clear information for clients about the services provided, and a lot more qualitative and quantitative information about what Manna does, to encourage donations.
The client analysed the previous content for what to keep, discard and update, and where the gaps were. Much of the content was re-used, and the client provided any further required copy, and many more recent images.
